David has made a career out of relationships and working with groups of people. As a youth pastor, he has impacted lives from California to Massachusetts and worked with small and large teams. He continues to develop his leadership and team building skills through leadership conferences, reading and working with his program team at UCYC.

David's personal team includes his wife Lori, and his 3 children: Maddie 10 yrs, Austin 8 yrs and Jordan 2 yrs.
