With over 12 years of experience in facilitating teambuilding, building ropes course elements and initiative development, Kris' resume includes a wide variety of teambuilding and adventure experiences. Training sessions at the National Challenge Course Practioners Symposium (NCCPS), Faith Outdoors, Christian Adventure Association conferences, have developed his skills as a facilitator. He has worked with everyone from youth groups to corporate groups, developing in each group a love for fun with others as well as a stronger sense of team. In addition to 12 years in the facilitators role, Kris has also participated in team activities from middle school through college, including playing on a NCAA Division II national championship football team. Kris' personal team includes his wife of 12 years, Amy, and his 3 children: Will 9 yrs, Karis 8 yrs, and Gunner 2 yrs. Their current favorite teambuilding activity is geocaching.

Reuben has been involved in the outdoors since an early age while hiking and camping with his family. This early excitement about the outdoors slowly evolved and led him to pursue a Parks and Recreation degree at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. He is in the process of completing his bachelor's degree online while developing field skills through leading climbing, hiking, and other activities in the Prescott area. You can find him in the Granite Basin Recreation Area during the summer months leading youth in climbing, kayaking, and mountain biking. In the free time, you can find him exploring Prescott's climbing areas and other outdoor activities with his new wife Jessica.

David has made a career out of relationships and working with groups of people. As a youth pastor, he has impacted lives from California to Massachusetts and worked with small and large teams. He continues to develop his leadership and team building skills through leadership conferences, reading and working with his program team at UCYC. David's personal team includes his wife Lori, and his 3 children: Maddie 10 yrs, Austin 8 yrs and Jordan 2 yrs.
