With over 12 years of experience in facilitating teambuilding, building ropes course elements and initiative development, Kris' resume includes a wide variety of teambuilding and adventure experiences. Training sessions at the National Challenge Course Practioners Symposium (NCCPS), Faith Outdoors, Christian Adventure Association conferences, have developed his skills as a facilitator.
He has worked with everyone from youth groups to corporate groups, developing in each group a love for fun with others as well as a stronger sense of team. In addition to 12 years in the facilitators role, Kris has also participated in team activities from middle school through college, including playing on a NCAA Division II national championship football team.
Kris' personal team includes his wife of 12 years, Amy, and his 3 children: Will 9 yrs, Karis 8 yrs, and Gunner 2 yrs. Their current favorite teambuilding activity is geocaching.
